Where is everyone?
I took a 4-month break from GW. Can someone update me on where everyone else is? I used to see a lot of people doing Urgoz and Deep. But, there's not much anymore. What elite mission is popular now?

Domain of Anguish is probably the most popular now, but you're mostly gonna see people forming Ursanway groups. Ursan Blessing is an elite skill in GW:EN that replaces your whole skillbar and is generally considered mindless.
Aside from that, GW:EN's pretty popular. |

Most people are also doing Slaver's Exile.
Kinda like DoA-got 4 bosses to mutilate, then you face the big guy. |

Sadly The Deep and Urgoz Warren kicked the can when GW:EN came out, naturally. But that's what alliances and guilds are for, can still get good groups that way.

Slaver's and DoA. DoA will be mostly Ursan groups, not sure what forms for Slaver's Exile.

The Deep is still running, though with a smaller population, while Urgoz kind of died (pet nerf surely didn't help, I think, for those groups running with MMs). And yeah, finding a balanced group in DoA is almost impossible nowadays, with the exception of guilds or people that refuse to run Ursan builds. |

Urgoz can be easily done without pets When i form i group i prefer too even.. if you do it right you can make enough minions of the foes..
But yeah times have changed... Still folk in deep but way less then before (alot of hardcore oldies still tho) |

i would say actually that ursen has brought more people over to elite areas such as DOA FOw and UW... but the problem is, you will need that build to join.

We did Urgoz with a guild team just the other night. A balanced team, and we pretty much walked it It was much fun. There did seem to be a distinct lack of people lfg there, though.
Maybe forming a guild group is the best way to go these days, or maybe you could get some people together from places like this...set a time and date and go for it, I'm sure others would like the opportunity to play more in the less lively places too. |

People stopped doing The Deep and Urgoz when their greens became very commonplace and therefore relatively worthless.

Most active areas are probably Slaver's Exile and DoA. After 5pm EST, American districts are usually packed. Before 5pm, Europe districts are usually packed.

Green drops are not guaranteed anymore. Factions Elite Missions are still better than DoA though. Last edited by T. Drake; Feb 01, 2008 at 01:04 PM // 13:04.. |
